Hi, I’m Lydia—a certified nutrition coach, personal trainer, and EMT (currently sidelined by a gnarly knee injury) who helps women in midlife feel strong again by rebuilding metabolism and ditching burnout.

But let’s be clear: this isn’t your typical “I’ve always loved kale” story.

I spent 20 years running an accounting firm… until I hit a wall (hard). After a full-on breakdown and a major career shift, I became an EMT during the height of the pandemic. What I saw during those years? Most emergencies didn’t need an ambulance—they needed better lifestyle support before the crisis.

That lit a fire in me.

Now I blend my real-world medical experience, relentless curiosity, and lived transformation to help women reclaim their health with real food, realistic movement, and hormone-savvy strategy.
