What is your Why? Basic Answer

So I really wanted to write a blog about how I found my why, and why I’m so tied to my WHY in this business.

Then my partner tonight asked me why I wanted to sell oils in the first place snd I gave him a little of my personal al history.

I think I told y’all in a FB live about my medical history. Rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia by 25 and the doctor wouldn’t give me meds for it. Before that I had a migraine for 18 months SOLID and no pharmaceuticals would touch it. Finally saw an acupuncturist and within three treatments, my spasming neck muscle causing the migraine was stopped, and the migraine disappeared.

So we got started talking about my psych history. Oils worked. Not instantly, but fixing my supplementation and consistently using oils for mood, and I haven’t needed my prescription pharmaceuticals for about six months now.

Here’s the thing with the oils – I talk about what I know and have experienced. If I’m recommending an oil for mood or sleep or energy or allergies or upset stomach – guess what? I was the guinea pig first!

As for the business side: with all the psych issues I had over the last few years, the doctors wanted me on disability immediately, but I had to keep working because I owned my own small business. I didn’t have sick or vacation pay to rely on. I COULDNT take time off. But the business side of essential oils is based on residual income (guess what- your insurance agent gets residual income off your policies too- so don’t come at me for this business format!). And now I’m free to take off if I get sick. But even better, I’m free to take off for something much more worthwhile – vacation and time for me and my family!
