It’s vblog day!
OK… So in case you didn’t see this over on my Facebook or Instagram, my restless leg syndrome was really bad Thursday and Friday night!
As part of my 31 days of frankincense, frankincense is just what I happened to have on me, so I put it on my leg, and applied it to the back of my neck. I also used some Melissa on the roof of my mouth twice, and within about 5 to 10 minutes, my restless leg was gone!
It came back Friday night, just slightly less intense, so I used the same protocol, and Bam! Gone!
